Thinking of a simple healthy sandwich for breakfast or lunch? Here is the recipe to satisfy your cravings. When I start to go to the gym this is one of my favorite breakfasts I made. Aside from it being ready in minutes, you can store it in a fridge and take it when hunger strikes.

Ingredients:
1 Tuna in Cans (oil-packed tuna or packed in water)
2 pcs Red Onion
1 Cucumber
Half of Lemon
Wheat Bread
Lettuce
Japanese Mayo
Mustard
Salt
Black Pepper
Basil
Parsley
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, toss together the tuna of choice. You can drain it to avoid too much water when combining all ingredients.
Add chopped red onion, cucumber, parsley, and basil. Stir together with Mustard and Japanese Mayo. You can use any type of Mayonnaise. However, I prefer Japanese Mayo as this is slightly sweet and has a less tart taste since we also added the Mustard.
Season to taste with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and a half lemon juice.
Make the sandwich:
Toast two slices of bread, add the lettuce, andspread the Tuna mixture either open-faced or between two slices of bread. Do whatever you like serve and enjoy! :D
To make it spicy, add siracha. :D

250 Grams of Spiced Ham
2 Loaf French Bread
150 Grams of Organic Cream Cheese
1 Cup of Melted Cheese
6 to 8 Slice Cheddar Cheese
Fresh Parsley or Cilantro

Instructions
Slice your chosen ham into a small square cut. On my end, I used Spiced Ham since I like more tasty ham on my bread so, I do not need to add any additional spices.
Cut the fresh tomato in half, remove the seeds, and slice it into small. And minced the fresh parsley or cilantro. I used fresh parsley but recommend using cilantro it brings additional flavor and a perfect aroma.
In one bowl, bring together the sliced ham, fresh tomato, and parsley or cilantro. Add the cream cheese and 1 cup of cheese. I used a mix of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, but you can use any type of melted cheese. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste and mix it well until combined.
In a loaf of French bread, cut into four pieces or depending on the size you want and the length of your French bread. In 1 slice of French bread Cut out a rectangle through the top of the loaf to hollow out the middle. But be careful not to cut through the bottom. (In this recipe we won’t be using the top part of the loaf so can keep it later and do whatever you want. You can toast it with butter and sugar or toast it and dip it in your special bread sauce).
Bring the French bread to the Air fryer and cook at 160°C for 12 mins. Once done, you can put your slice of cheddar cheese on the top of the bread then, bring it back to the Air fryer and let it melt at 160°C for 8 mins. Optional, dried parsley for garnish. Ready to share! Happy Eating. :)

Use glass or cookie cutter to cut a hole out of your bread.
Prepare a frying pan on medium heat, add butter and place a bread. When the toast is golden, flip. If the pan is dry, add a touch more butter as needed.
Carefully crack the egg directly on a hole of bread. Cook the egg in medium to medium-low until the egg is done liking.

8 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1 loaf crusty bread, split or Italian bread or you can substitute any kind of bread even regular or white bread.

Instructions
Crushed the cloves of garlic or use a rocking motion to chop the garlic until finely minced.
Slice the bread into the spit, use a bread knife for any types of bread.
Chop the fresh parsley.
Prepare a frying pan in low heat, add a tablespoon of butter, wait until melt.
Add the garlic stir continuously until you smell the combination sent of garlic and butter, then add chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt, if you use unsalted butter. And turn the heat off.
Use a spatula or knife to help you spread the butter mixture into the bread and set aside. (Swipe up off the yummy garlic butter mixture in a pan.)
In the same pan turn in a low heat again. Then place a bread slice with garlic butter mixture in a pan, cook in low heat until the slices lightly toasted, check the bread until golden brown then put into another side in just a minute. Then ready to share!
Tip:Use a clean paper towel to wipe the remaining garlic into the pan, because we don't want to make it burn.
