Ingredients
- 1 kg beef buto-buto or pork ribs
- 5 cloves of garlic - minced
- 1 medium size of onion - minced
- 1 red chili - sliced
- 1 small liver spread (85g)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 pack tomato sauce 115g
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- ground pepper - a small pinch
- salt - a small pinch
- 1 cup of water
- 4 pcs potato - cubed
- 3 pcs carrots - cubed
Procedure
- Prepare a pan into medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, onion and soy sauce, stir it well.
- Place the pork buto-buto or ribs into the pan, add water and simmer up to 40 to 50 minutes with low heat.
- Check the pork if it's tender then ready to add final ingredients. Add red chili, tomato sauce.
- Lastly, liver spread and a small pinch of salt & pepper to taste. simmer again until it's sticky then remove from the heat. Enjoy!
