Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups white rice
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 1/2 teaspoons garlic- minced
- Salt
- Pepper
- Scallion finely sliced
- 2 1/2 cup of chicken broth
Instruction
- Prepare a pan over medium heat. Add butter once melted add garlic slices and mix constantly until butter is well infused with garlic flavour.
- Add a white rice
- Add a little bit of salt and pepper
- Add broth then turn down to medium heat, cook for 12 - 15 minutes or until liquid is all absorbed by the rice.
- Remove from stove and transfer into a plate and sprinkle of Scallion.
- Then serve!
