2 pcs of skinless breast chicken

Ingredients For Creamy Garlic Cherry Tomato Pasta
400g Spaghetti pasta
15g Cherry tomatoes
1 Whole Minced Garlic
Basil
Olive Oil
Salt
Black Ground Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
160g Melted Cheese
Instruction:
Cook the 400g Spaghetti pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, stirring occasionally, and check the pasta until softer. You can follow the packaging instructions. Drain pasta, reserving pasta water, and transfer to a large bowl.
Transfer the cooked pasta to the sauce, and toss with parmesan cheese, along with salt and pepper to taste. — I add the parmesan cheese before the salt to minimize the salty flavor. And there you have it, a creamy garlic cherry tomato pasta. You can top it with freshly grated parmesan for a more cheesy and you can serve it with crispy chicken fillet. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 fresh Lemon
- 12 oz Spaghetti or long pasta
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4cupof heavy cream
- 3 oz parmesan cheese (finely grated)
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- In fresh lemon use a vegetable peeler, remove 2 inch long strips of lemon zest. Slice each strip in thinly lengthwise; set aside for garnish.
- Grate the remaining zest into a large pot.
- Cut the lemon half and squeeze out the juice and set aside.
- Boil a heavily salted water to cook pasta and stirring occasionally until pasta half cook the pasta will continue to cook in the sauce.
- In another pot bring in medium heat, add the heavy cream with lemon zest, whisking often. Simmer about 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. And add one butter at a time until melted. If the sauce is creamy Remove from the heat.
- Scoop out 1 & 1/2 cups of water from boiling pasta. and return to the medium heat
- Transfer spaghetti directly in a sauce pot no need to drain its okay if little water comes along with it.
- Add parmesan cheese little by little until melted.
- Add lemon zest and juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Divide pasta among bowls. Add fresh pepper and lemon zest trips for garnish.

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 pound sweet sausage
- 3 slice white bread or 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese or more to serve, but I used ordinary cheese.
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
Instruction for Meatballs
- In a large mixing bowl put the 1 pound lean ground beef and sweet or Italian sausage casing removed. add 1 cup breadcrumbs for 3 slices of bread, combine bread pieces with 2/3 cup of water set aside for 5 mins and mash with a fork before to add in mixing bowl. Then add 1 large egg beaten, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped, 4 cloves garlic minced, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 3 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil.
- Mix well and form into 1 1/2 meatballs or to your preferred size. To make it easy to shape you can use an Ice Cream Scoop and dredge or roll the meatballs in flour the Store, covered, in the refrigerator until needed.
- Prepare a pan over medium heat. Add 3 Tbsp olive oil, add meatballs without crowding and wait until browned.
Ingredients for Marinara Sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 large Onion, chopped
- 10 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 can Tomato Sauce
- 12oz tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried basil, chopped
- 1 tsp dried parsley, chopped
Instruction for Sauce
- In a large saucepan over medium heat add olive oil, add onions and garlic with the season salt, and pepper cook until soft.
- Then add the tomato paste and tomato sauce, reduce the heat to low then add basil, and parsley continues to stir, add the meatballs, cover and simmer for 30minutes and lastly add the pasta. And it's ready to share! ENJOY! :D
