Preparation Time: 3 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tablespoon of oil
- 3 Cloves of garlic peeled
- 1 Onion sliced
- 2-inch of ginger sliced or peeled
- 200 ml of Sprite soft drinks
INSTRUCTIONS
- Rinse and stir mussels under fresh water. For any mussel that still does not close, throw it away.
- In a pot of over medium heat, put oil and add ginger, garlic, and onion until its smell.
- Add the mussels and cover the pan, you don't need to add any seasoning just steam until released its own juicy flavor, and wait shells open.
- Instead of water just add a 200 ml of Sprite, cover again the pan and cook in just 3-5 minutes.
