Ingredients
- 2 pounds white or red potatoes (peeled or unpeeled it's your choice.)
- 10 cloves of garlic - minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of sour cream
- fresh parsley - minced
PS: Since I forgot to buy parsley in the supermarket, I use scallion for my garnish, because scallion is a perfect partner for mash potato.
Instructions
- Slice your potato in wedges, first cut the potato into half, then cut into a middle again to make perfect beautiful wedges.
- Prepare a boiling pan of water to add salt and potatoes, wait until tender then removed to the boiling pan.
- Prepare frying pan just add a 2 tablespoon of olive oil, bring the potato to makes it golden brown and crisp.
- At the same time, prepare a mixing bowl, mix all together with the melted butter, minced garlic, fresh black pepper, sour cream, and parsley. Then add this to the frying pan mix with potato in just 10 seconds and ready to serve. ENJOY!
